Condition of Items
Unless specifically stated otherwise (such as New With Tags, New In Box, Unworn, etc.), all items are secondhand.
Darling Degenerate sells antique, vintage, and modern secondhand jewelry. Because these pieces are pre-owned, they may have normal signs of age, wear, or previous use. This is part of the nature and character of secondhand jewelry.
Any notable condition issues, damage, repairs, significant wear, or other details worth calling attention to will be shown in the photos and/or clearly noted in the item description. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing.
Sizing
Please know your ring, bracelet, necklace, or other applicable sizing before purchasing. Measurements are provided in listings whenever possible to help you determine the appropriate fit.
Buyer’s remorse or an incorrect size is not considered a defect and does not qualify for a refund or exchange. Please reach out before purchasing if you have questions about measurements or fit.
Shipping
All orders are shipped with tracking and insurance. Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please check your email, including your spam or promotions folder, for shipping notifications and tracking updates.
Darling Degenerate is a small independent business and orders are shipped twice per week, not daily. Standard/free shipping does not include expedited or same-day shipping.
If you need your order shipped quickly, expedited shipping options are available at checkout and should be selected at the time of purchase.
Please allow our stated processing time before contacting us regarding the status of an order. Purchasing with free/standard shipping does not guarantee immediate shipment.
Shipping Addresses
Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your order. Orders must be placed using the correct and complete shipping address.
If an incorrect address is provided at checkout and the package has already been scanned or shipped, the shipping carrier may not refund the original shipping label. In this situation, the buyer is responsible for the cost of a new shipping label.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an address error. Orders cannot be shipped to an address different from the one provided at checkout without appropriate resolution.

Due to the nature of our secondhand and vintage inventory, all purchases are final sale. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, returns, or store credit.

We are not responsible for buyer’s remorse, changes of mind, incorrect sizing or fit, accidental damage, breakage after purchase, loss of an item, or damage caused by wear, improper handling, storage, cleaning, or use. Once an item has been purchased and delivered, responsibility for its care and safekeeping belongs to the buyer.
Because our pieces are predominantly antique, vintage, estate, and previously owned jewelry, they may have signs of age and wear consistent with their history. Any notable condition issues will be disclosed in the listing and/or shown in photos.
